Typeface & type specimen design.

ALTER EGO TYPEFACE. The goal of this project was to create an abridged typeface. I was instructed to make thirteen lowercase letterforms. I ended up with a full lowercase alphabet, which was inspired by the old ship name boards displayed at the Lake Superior Maritime Visitor Center. With this new typeface I created a two-color type specimen to showcase the way my letterforms worked together.
